Email support@flexkia.com. Include the email address associated with your FlexKia account when you need account-specific help, but never send your password or sign-in token.

Common requests

• Sign-in: tell us whether you use Apple, Google, or Microsoft and include the exact error message.
• Notifications or step access: include your device type and operating-system version, but do not send raw health records.
• Privacy: use the subject “Privacy request” and explain whether you want access, correction, or deletion.
• Delete account: email support@flexkia.com to request deletion of your account and associated data, or use the in-app option. See our account-deletion instructions for details.
